Oh no...ANOTHER food blog, you say?? I'm afraid so. I love food very much and I'm always searching for something new to create.
I studied Baking & Patisserie at Le Cordon Bleu in Miami, but I haven't had the opportunity (YET!) to pursue a career as a Pastry Chef because my first Ministry is to my children.
For now I'm content with creating anything and everything that I can imagine, sweet and savory alike. Most importantly, I'll try to put a skinny spin on the classics. Healthy eating is a huge priority, and I do believe that healthy doesn't have to be horrible.
